CHS Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates SubQual Pro, a subcontractor qualification scoring platform accessible at www.subqualprobiz.com ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information submitted through the Platform and explains the rights of individuals whose data we process.

By accessing or using SubQual Pro, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

We collect the following categories of information through the Platform:

a. Account Information When you register for a SubQual Pro subscription, we collect your name, business email address, company name, and billing information. Billing and payment data is processed by our third-party payment processor and is not stored directly by CHS Solutions, LLC.

b. Subcontractor Qualification Data Information voluntarily submitted through the SubQual Pro intake form, including but not limited to company name, trade, years in business, licensing status, insurance coverage, bonding capacity, safety record, project experience, financial indicators, equipment availability, and other qualification criteria.

c. Usage Data We may collect non-personally identifiable information about how users interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform, for the purpose of improving our services.

d. Communications If you contact CHS Solutions, LLC via email or through the Platform, we may retain records of that correspondence.

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

To generate subcontractor qualification scores and reports for the subscribing contractor
To manage your subscription and process payments
To communicate with you regarding your account, subscription status, and platform updates
To send automated notifications related to your subscription, including trial expiration and renewal reminders
To improve the functionality and performance of the Platform
To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your personal information or subcontractor data to third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

We do not share your information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

a. Service Providers We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Platform, including payment processors, email delivery services, and cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually obligated to handle data securely and only for the purposes for which it was shared.

b. Legal Compliance We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of CHS Solutions, LLC, our users, or the public.

c. Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of CHS Solutions, LLC's assets, user data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected users prior to any such transfer.

We retain subcontractor qualification data and account information for the duration of your active subscription and for a period of up to 12 months following cancellation or termination, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or requested by the user for record-keeping purposes.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address provided in Section 10. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

CHS Solutions, LLC employs reasonable and industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, secure cloud storage, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, CHS Solutions, LLC cannot guarantee absolute security. Users submit information at their own risk and are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to their account.

Subcontractors who have submitted data through the SubQual Pro intake form have the following rights with respect to their information:

Right to Access: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Right to Deletion: You may request deletion of your data subject to applicable retention requirements
Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, please contact CHS Solutions, LLC using the contact information provided in Section 10. We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

The Platform may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience and collect usage data. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect the functionality of certain Platform features.

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking purposes.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. CHS Solutions, LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites they visit.

CHS Solutions, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected through the SubQual Pro platform operated by CHS Solutions, LLC. It does not apply to information collected through other channels or third-party services linked from the Platform.
